Order Fulfillment Times

TheGoldShop.biz undertakes to fill (complete) all orders within 24 hours of receipt of cleared funds. In our experience most buy orders are filled much quicker (including large orders) and usually take only a few hours (up to 4 hours).

Privacy Policy

Your personal and order information will not be sold or shared with any one or any other web site under any circumstances.

Fraudulent Acts

Anyone caught trying to send stolen or fraudulent funds to TheGoldShop.biz forgoes any privacy protection afforded by the above privacy statement. TheGoldShop.biz will report the fraudulent transaction to legal authorities, e-gold and other digital currency providers and other exchange agents.

Due to the high amount of fraud on the internet we sometimes require supporting due diligence documentation from our clients. Acceptable documentation has to be provided before your order is completed. All information provided will be securely stored offline and encrypted.

Currency Exchange Rates

Currency exchange rates are updated daily and published on the TGS home page. We reserve the right to update the exchange rates published on our website at anytime. Orders receive the exchange rate of the day as published on our website, the day your funds are received - clients are sent a “funds received” email when this happens. The exchange rate used on the order (when placed) is to be used as a guide only and will be updated to the current rate when your funds are received.

Limit of Liability

It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before submitting your order form. We take no responsibility if you have provided incorrect information. We will help to retrieve your funds where we can.

Legality of orders

It is the client’s responsibility to check about the legalities regarding digital gold currencies in their jurisdiction of residence before placing an order.

Digital Account Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to supply a correct and available digital currency account for your order. Clients can not change the digital currency account to be funded after order placement. Any “value limit” placed on any e-gold account must be removed from said e-gold to allow order completion. If your e-gold account has this “value limit” please contact e-gold as soon as possible to have the issue resolved.

No Third Party Account Funding

You may only fund your e-gold or other digital currency account using money that you have sent. You may not use our services for any kind or form of third party account funding. All funds sent to us are to be sent by you and we will only fund your digital currency accounts.

We do not accept auction or escrow payments. If you are buying anything using your e-gold you must fund your own e-gold or other digital currency account first. Then if you are comfortable with the seller or web site you make your own transfer to their account. TheGoldShop.biz is in no way responsible what you do with your e-gold or other digital currency after we have funded your digital currency account.
