Payment methods depend on what country you are in.

For example:

• Malaysia - Cash Deposit, ATM Cash Deposit
• Singapore - Cash Deposit, ATM Cash Deposit
• Philippines - Cash Deposit
• All other countries - International Bank Wire

All other countries include; USA, Europe, New Zealand, India, South Africa, all Asian countries not listed above and all other countries not listed above.
