Buy Orders: When Will My Order Be Completed?

All orders are completed and your e-gold account funded as quickly as possible.
For cash deposits usually this means within 24 hours of you sending through your receipt (scan of deposit receipt for cash deposits).
Tip: It is highly recommended all deposits are made first thing in the morning and the receipt sent to us straight away. Late in the day deposits may be delayed until the next day.
International bank wires usually take 2 days to arrive and your order completed, if sent from the USA, New Zealand and other western countries. Bank wires from other countries can take up to 3 to 5 days to arrive.
Note: Do not send online transfers, TGS no longer accepts online transfers of any sort (that includes ATM transfers too). Any online transfer received will be returned less US$5 processing fee - Photo ID will also be required.
